Visa Information

Asia Sun Travel can assist all delegates to obtain an entry visa to Vietnam.

There are two options:

  1. Get a visa at the Vietnam Embassy in your country
  2. Obtain visa on arrival at the Airport

Delegates need to:

  1. Email a copy of their passport with exact dates of entry/exit
  2. Specify where they will get their passport stamped (e.g. at which embassy or at the airport)

After 7 working days, you will be sent a ‘Visa Authorization Letter’ which can be taken to the embassy to get a visa stamp (visa fee US$45) or take the letter along to have it stamped at Hanoi airport on arrival.

At the Airport delegates need to prepare US$45 cash to pay at immigration officers for the visa stamp.

Note: We recommend obtaining the visa at an embassy because some airlines require passengers to have a visa before boarding.
